Can I have my commissions, received in different currencies, transferred to separate bank accounts?
No, you can only link one bank account to your publisher account. If you wish to promote another country with its currency, you can register an additional publisher account and set it to the appropriate currency for payouts.
Where can I see my current balance?
Your homepage displays all current data regarding the paid and approved conversions.
Does the remaining balance expire upon cancellation?
No, your remaining balance will be refunded to you after cancellation. Please note that the payout process must be completed first, so the payout period may not coincide with the cancellation date.
When will the payout be made to the publisher?
At the beginning of each month, a credit note with the confirmed conversions is generated and provided as a PDF. After receiving the credit note PDF, the payout will be made within the following 30 days (or by the end of the next month at the latest).
How can I change my bank account details?
You can update your bank account details in the Settings section, located in the top right corner of your account.
